Investment Portfolio
WELL has already established a strong track record of making venture-style investments in early-stage digital health companies including INSIG, Circle Medical, Phelix.ai, Pillway and Twig Fertility. These portfolio companies have benefitted from not only receiving capital investments from WELL, but also strategic guidance and access to WELL’s extensive network of clinics and healthcare practitioners.
Both INSIG and Circle Medical experienced exceptional growth since WELL’s initial investment leading to significant follow-on investments by WELL. These two portfolio companies have since graduated from the WELL Health Ventures program with INSIG being acquired by WELL and Circle Medical receiving a majority stake investment from WELL. INSIG and Circle Medical are now both an integral part of WELL’s future growth plans.

Silicon Valley based Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. (“Circle Medical”) is a National US telehealth provider that also operates two brick and mortar medical clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area. WELL is a majority stakeholder of Circle Medical.

A start-up fertility clinic looking to create the next generation of fertility care based in Toronto, Canada. Twig plans to combine medical expertise and a world class embryology laboratory to create a digitally-enhanced, human-centred approach to fertility care. This is expected to include telehealth consultations, at home medication delivery, mobile app bookings and notifications and a patient portal with real time results.
